This feature allows you to monitor the status of email messages sent from your account and trace their delivery route. Here’s how to use it:

Log in to cPanel:
- Access your cPanel account using your credentials.

Navigate to Track Delivery:
- Click on the Track Delivery icon under the Email section.

Search for Specific Email Addresses:
- In the Recipient Email (optional) text box, you can filter the delivery report results to a specific email address.
- To do this:
- Enter the desired email address.
- Click Run Report.
- The system will display results only for the recipient email address, along with an Email Address Trace diagram.
- To reset the report and view all email messages, remove the email address from the text box and click Run Report.

Filter the Results:
- You have two options to filter the results:
- Show Blocked & Failed:
- Displays only delivery failures.
- Show All:
- Shows all deliveries, including successes, deferred messages, and those in progress.

Delivery Report Warning:
- If your server uses third-party mail services (such as MailScanner), the results may be invalid.
- If your hosting provider hasn’t enabled this feature, the interface will show an empty table.
- If you encounter issues, contact your hosting provider for more information about your server’s configuration.

Table Details:
- The table lists the 250 most recent messages to and from your cPanel account’s mailboxes.
- It includes both delivery successes and failures.
- The columns provide information on the message’s delivery status:
